Hypres Equipment's standard compressors are built with a North American pump. These pumps are capable of 6 to18 CFM. Three and four stage designs are built for low vibration. Pressures rated at 5000 to 6000 PSI.  Heavy-duty crankshaft, gear type oil pump, & spin-on oil filter provide longer pump life. The standard system is equipped with a magnetic starter and overload protector with 24 VAC Siemens controller.

Compressor Features:

  • Automatic condensate drain system eliminats condensate buildup every 15 minutes
  • High pressure shutdown switch
  • High temperature shutdown switch
  • Low oil pressure shutdown switch
  • Relief valves on each stage of compression
  • Intercoolers and finned after cooler
  • Six foot fill hose with SS CGA-347 adapter and bleed valve
  • Zinc rich powder coat finish provides up to 2000 hours protection from extreme environmental exposure

Gauge Panel:

  • Hour meter
  • Oil pressure Gauge
  • Gauges for each stage
  • Fault lights for high temperature and low oil pressure
  • Guarded On/Off switch
  • Power indicator light

Purification:

  • Replaceable cartridge type purification system providing up to approx. 60,000 SCF of Grade "E" air between filter changes.
  • See-view indicator for visual monitoring of moisture and CO in the air supply.
